Well...this day didn't turn out the way I thought it would when I woke up this morning. Mary Ann was supposed to fly in this evening, so of course "that" was going to be my pic of the day. However, due to a bit of confusion...well, it's like this...she is flying in for her best friend's wedding. She is her Maid of Honor. Well, Mary Ann's friend thought she was making the reservation for Friday, but actually made it for Saturday. At least, she will make it here in time for the wedding. :) But that means Mary Ann isn't getting here until tomorrow. :(

So now what to do tonight since I am not going to the airport in Pensacola? Well, I had decided I needed a kitchen scale and had researched them and decided on one. So Lew and I set out for Bed, Bath and Beyond. They had it, plus the pizza stone which I also needed. (Love those BB&B coupons!!! Did you know that contrary to what the coupons say, they NEVER expire?...and you can use as many as you like at a time. Buy 10 things, use 10 coupons.)

It's really kind of a dangerous store for us to go into, but tonight we got the two things we went in to buy and nothing else. Quite an achievement. :)

I know...here I am with a day so full of excitement that I am taking another picture of kitchen toys! :) But I am glad to have them. I am on a quest for the perfect pizza crust recipe....got one to share with me? We took Jim to Joey Tomato's for dinner and we had pizza. It was very yummy, but we decided we should fix pizza at home. We made pizza all the time when I was growing up. But I have rarely made it as an adult. That's about to change! :)
