While I was straightening up our bedroom today, I once again was taken back to a very wonderful visit we had with dear friends. This was a gift from them and I treasure it as a symbol of our friendship. It always makes me smile. :)..even right now.

It is very typical for my home. I am not much of an interior designer and really don't want to be. The things that surround me at home all have special meanings and marvelous memories attached. I like it that way. Even if they don't all fit into a *proper* color scheme or theme. Or maybe they do fit a theme...Love shared with family and friends. Yes, I think that is a very good theme for a home....a very healing theme.
